Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks an experienced insurance professional to manage client accounts, service teams, and cross-sell opportunities in a mid-market portfolio. You will act as the primary client contact from lead to renewal, coordinating with Producers and the service team to ensure high service levels and retention.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a valid insurance license, with 8+ years in related work and ongoing continuing education for license renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Acts as agent of Producer assigned accounts, servicing and soliciting activities.
• Manages mid market book of business through direction of service team.
• Receives and develops new business leads from Producers or cross-sell opportunities.
• Direct point of contact for clients from lead through renewal.
• Lead representative to assigned book-of-business and participate in team selling processes.
• Prepare and present renewal analyses to clients and sell renewal business.
