Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. seeks an experienced client services leader to manage mid-market accounts and direct a service team. You will oversee client relationships, guide service delivery, and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Producers.

The role emphasizes renewal analysis, carrier negotiations, and strategic client advisory, leveraging a licensed background and ongoing CE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License; CE requirements must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manages client required services and maintains relationships with minimal input from Producers.
• Directs service team in mid-market book of business.
• Receives and develops new business leads from Producers or cross-sell opportunities.
• Acts as main client contact from lead to service delivery.
• Leads assigned book-of-business and coordinates team selling efforts.
• Prepares renewal analyses and presents to clients.
