Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of the support team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy documents.
• Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages, and assist in binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and improve processes.
