Qualifikationen

• High school diploma / GED and 2 years of Facilities experience.
• Associate degree and six months of Facilities experience OR Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of validated systems, applicable engineering standards and facility software applications is essential to the job function.
• Must manage activities to meet restrictive timelines.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within and promote a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform regular scheduled maintenance/calibration on instruments which support or monitor utility systems (e.g. environmental monitoring, pressure, gas detection, scales, process equipment).
• Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of equipment and plant systems.
• Assist with projects by collaborating with system engineers to design, specify, and commission new systems or upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with automation systems and control equipment (DCS/PLC).
• Maintain instrumentation and controls equipment in a validated GxP environment and ensure proper calibration designation.
• Communicate status of job activities to management and production support personnel.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
