Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a maintenance technician to perform mechanical, electrical, calibration, and utility tasks on a large-scale facilities setup in New York.

You will calibrate instrumentation, troubleshoot systems, and manage work orders and preventive maintenance to keep operations compliant with cGMP standards. Applicants should have an AAS in a related field or HS/GED with relevant experience, and may have an engineering degree or ISA CCST certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires AAS degree in a related discipline or HS/GED with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Engineering or Construction Technologies degree preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance of large-scale utilities plant preferred.
• ISA CCST Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.
• Performs loop checks, tune, troubleshoot and startup of instrumentation.
• Works with medium and low voltages.
• Performs basic plumbing and tube bending jobs.
• Assists FM-M processes and Clean Utility technicians in troubleshooting facilities and process issues.
• Manages daily Work Orders and PMs and coordinates workflow and documentation.
• Communicates with departments during planned or unplanned work events.
• Follows cGMPs and quality standards.
