Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, calibration and utility maintenance on site in the Town of East Greenbush area.

You will calibrate instrumentation and perform loop checks, tune and startup, while coordinating with departments to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, tube bending, assisting other technicians, managing PMs/WOs, and ensuring adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Requires an AAS degree in a related discipline or HSD/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Technologies preferred.
• ISA CCST Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.
• Performs loop check, tune, troubleshoot and startup of instrumentation.
• Works with medium and low voltages and basic plumbing and tube bending.
• Assists FM-M process and Clean Utility technicians in troubleshooting facilities and process issues.
• Coordinates daily Work Orders and PMs and documents PMs and WOs.
• Follows cGMPs and SOPs; maintains equipment and related support systems.
• May plan outside contractors for maintenance or general work.
• Gowns fully when entering production areas and participates in On-Call rotations.
