Responsibilities include documenting calibrations, interfacing with the CMMS to manage work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with process engineers and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; drug screen pre-employment.
• 7 years minimum industrial experience in craft or tech-related field.
• Experience with plant instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature, pH) including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of switchgear, motors, and motor control circuits; proficiency with wiring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document calibrations and maintain records per ISO 9000 or FDA facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate plant instrumentation and switches.
• Troubleshoot 460V 3-phase electrical switchgear and motor control circuits.
• Use precision testing instruments to diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Interface with CMMS to review and create work orders, track parts, and log labor.
• Collaborate with process engineers and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
