Job summary

You will document work, troubleshoot equipment, and communicate status to operators and stakeholders while maintaining GMP-compliant practices. Typical duties include working within a cross-functional team, reviewing maintenance plans, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and metrology programs.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance with emphasis on sanitary equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Experience documenting work orders in CMMS and interpreting P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled calibration, maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of instruments and equipment in process control and building systems.
• Complete quality and safety documentation according to GMPs, SOPs and policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and ensure effective communication with operators and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation in the CMMS and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Identify waste and improvement opportunities and assist with implementation.
