Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption across multiple locations.

You will apply strong facilitation, software training, and change management skills to support CMP deployment, with extensive travel to meet project needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant training experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery.
