Responsibilities
- Lead complex instructional technology initiatives from planning to optimization.
- Coordinate vendor-supported instructional tech systems and renewals.
- Design, install, and maintain Hyflex classrooms and related spaces.
- Troubleshoot advanced instructional tech issues across facilities.
- Provide training and work direction to staff and student workers.
