Job summary

Dutech Systems is seeking an experienced trainer to facilitate instructor-led trainings in-person and virtually across the state. You will design learner-centered materials and collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy while delivering leadership and inclusive practices programs.

The role requires strong facilitation, public speaking, and organizational skills, with experience in LMS tools and Storyline 360. Travel statewide is expected as part of in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and other sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training programs in-person and virtually using established curricula and materials.
• Travel statewide for in-person facilitation as needed.
• Lead learning experiences on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and inclusive practices.
• Foster engaging, psychologically safe environments that encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
• Manage group dynamics and handle challenging questions and sensitive discussions with tact.
• Design and develop learner-centered training materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and resources.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM or other instructional design approaches to create effective experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and develop instructional materials.
• Evaluate feedback and learning metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide observations and recommendations to program leaders regarding engagement and training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate attendance, evaluation, and training records.

Job description

• Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices.
• Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Skillfully manage group dynamics and respond thoughtfully to challenging questions and sensitive discussions.
• Design and develop learner-centered training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources.
• Apply adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate technical accuracy, and develop relevant instructional materials.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 a plus
