The role emphasizes ADDIE-based design, needs analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver effective training.

This on-site position requires engaging workshops, web-based and instructor-led training, and development of comprehensive curricula that meet regulatory and policy

Qualifications

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to design and develop web-based training content.
• Ability to create graphics and animations from photos.
• Experience documenting process flows and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proven project management and process design capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training solutions using ADDIE methodology.
• Lead workshops and focus groups to analyze needs and document processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training solutions.
• Communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Deliver instructor-led and web-based training programs.
• Research new training methods and technologies for enhancements.
• Ensure training complies with regulations and policies.
