Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sr Instructional Designer for Store Ops in Columbus. This full-time hybrid role partners with Store Support leaders, SMEs and field teams to build learning that drives performance and customer experience.

You will design end-to-end programs for district managers, store leaders and associates, deliver innovative experiences (eLearning, video, facilitator-led), and use data to measure impact while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of instructional design experience with multiple delivery modes.
• Retail background or store operations experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport with partners at multiple levels.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-project management skills.
• Able to identify risks/opportunities and align priorities.
• Strong communication skills, listening, probing, and clear messaging.
• Experience in leading and developing talent preferred.
• Proficiency in listed software (MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suites).
• Travel requirements 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and planning with Store Support leaders, SMEs and stakeholders to align priorities and learning needs.
• Own end-to-end project strategy with plans, milestones and risk strategies for timely delivery.
• Influence enterprise learning by voicing field needs for managers and associates.
• Design and deliver innovative learning experiences for key events and initiatives.
• Build partnerships with field and business leaders to identify opportunities and scalable solutions.
• Use performance data and learner insights to inform content strategy.
• Translate business needs into learning experiences that support organizational goals.
• Champion innovation in learning design with emerging technologies and blended formats.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with L&D, Operations, HR.
