Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Demonstrated design expertise in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or beauty.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD andAdobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Ability to review fixture shop drawings and construction sets.
• Strong teamwork in a corporate environment and ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Create feasibilities and schematic designs, floor plans, storefront elevations and studies within schedule and budget.
• Advocate for design integrity through DD/CD review and shop drawings, providing construction administration as needed.
• Design, develop and evolve fixtures and storefronts that translate merchandising and brand requirements.
• Build 3D models and prototypes to test new ideas and validate concepts.
• Prepare design guidelines, templates, and documentation to ensure brand consistency across formats.
• Review vendor drawings and support procurement in RFQ processes and translation of parts to vendors.
