Job summary

You will translate concepts into scalable programs, develop schematic designs, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to align design with brand standards and operations. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of design and implementation experience in a group setting.
• Proven design expertise in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or beauty.
• Demonstrated ability reviewing & understanding fixture shop drawings and construction sets.

Responsibilities

• Create feasibilities and schematic designs, including floor plans, storefront elevations, and other studies to support design, merchandising and operational requirements while adhering to design guidelines and life-safety requirements.
• Advocate for design integrity and accuracy throughout project lifecycle, including DD/CD review and shop drawings.
• Design, develop and evolve fixtures, storefronts, and components that meet merchandising and brand requirements.
• Build physical and digital mock-ups, 3D spatial models and working prototypes to test new ideas.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, templates and shop drawing library; ensure consistent brand standards across formats.
• Assist with Masters Updates, Architectural Design Directives and Bulletins by creating design intent handoffs.
