Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer - International to support the International Learning & Development team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining engaging learning solutions and digital resources for associates across international markets.

You will lead day-to-day administration, publishing, localization, and maintenance of digital learning platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (ex. 3-5 years of experience in formal writing, instructional design, digital learning, or LMS administration)

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the digital learning and communications platform, including content publishing, organization, user access, associate data, site maintenance, reporting, and learning and communication campaigns.
• Lead localization and publishing of digital learning content across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop learning experiences that promote customer engagement, product knowledge and selling techniques that are engaging, realistic, and relevant to today’s learner.
• Update and maintain Articulate eLearning courses and other digital learning resources.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts, franchise partners and cross-functional team members to support development and delivery of learning content, including videos, eLearnings, instructor-led meetings/conferences, and reference materials.
• Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed and attainable project plans that include tracking, achievements, deliverables, and publishing across multiple projects.
