Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop training curricula across the organization, partnering with Talent Development and business leaders. The role involves building courses with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office, while supporting learning management and evaluation systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Hands-on knowledge of authoring tools and multimedia design.
• Experience designing for classroom, distance learning, eLearning and blended learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelors in Communications, English, Education, or related fields.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training in multiple platforms.
• Strategize, communicate, and evaluate Talent Development portfolio.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for educational materials.
• Research best practices in instructional design.
