Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to analyze, design, develop and evaluate learning that improves organizational performance. The role creates in-house training using ADDIE principles, develops content with Articulate 360 or Genially, and collaborates with internal partners to drive impactful learning programs.

Occasional travel may be required. The position requires 3+ years designing learning, writing content, and evaluating programs, plus experience with Canva

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing learning, writing content, and evaluating programs.
• 3+ years using rapid eLearning tools (Articulate 360 or Genially).
• Experience selecting and manipulating images (Canva or Adobe Express).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform learning needs analysis and suggest instructional approaches.
• Design and develop in-house learning content using adult learning principles.
• Manage multiple design projects with project management tools.
• Research and apply new learning technologies to evolve offerings.
• Evaluate learning solutions for impact and scalability.
