Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead full lifecycle learning solutions for the Optum Learn team. You will analyze performance gaps, design and develop instructor-led and e-learning programs, and measure business impact to drive outcomes.

This full-time remote role requires familiarity with Articulate 360, LMS stewardship, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable training across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• 2+ years of experience managing learning projects from initiation through evaluation.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite applications.
• 2+ years of experience using Articulate 360 suite applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify performance needs and outcomes.
• Conduct learning analyses to diagnose root causes and determine effective solutions.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and performance support solutions.
• Utilize Articulate 360 to create engaging learning experiences.
• Manage end-to-end execution of learning projects across lifecycle.
