Job summary

Neon One is seeking a strategic Lead Instructional Designer to drive the instructional design strategy in a remote, international setting. You will own the transition from Skilljar to a custom LMS, define authoring workflows, and collaborate with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to deliver world-class customer education.

You will architect end-to-end learning pathways, certification programs, and interactive labs while tracking telemetry and ROI to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design in B2B SaaS or tech
• Experience defining LMS requirements (SCORM/xAPI/LTI)
• Ability to translate complex features into learning content

Responsibilities

• Lead learning initiatives and drive cross-functional projects
• Own LMS migration from Skilljar to a custom LMS
• Define instructional UX and authoring requirements
• Collaborate with Technical Writer, Enablement and Ops to scale design systems
• Create end-to-end learning pathways and certifications
• Design hands-on, interactive scenarios and lab exercises
• Align product updates with learning content and measure ROI
