Job summary

RailPros seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of innovative training programs within the RailPros Training & Media Service group. You will collaborate with SMEs, safety officers, and operations leaders to create learning solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design for classroom, self-guided, and virtual training.
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
• Proven ability to develop instructor-led materials and presentation content.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning principles to develop engaging, multimedia training content.
• Lead end-to-end design of learning modules and assessments.
• Lead cross-functional development teams throughout project life cycle.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps.
• Develop ILT guides, eLearning modules, exams, and surveys.
