Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Little Rock is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join our Talent Management team. You will design and develop impactful learning solutions for an enterprise-wide audience, including eLearning courses and training documents.

Design storyboards, collaborate with subject matter experts, and apply proven learning methods using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia to deliver timely, high-quality learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, business, education, communications or related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience in Camtasia.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructional eLearning and educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Work independently or with guidance to design, develop, and support learning programs.
• Develop course outlines and scripts through design/development phases.
• Apply learning methodologies to evaluate instruction effectiveness and audience fit.
• Design engaging learning activities aligned with Ryder's goals and competencies.
• Create storyboards for e-learning and videos; use tools like Storyline and Rise.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses and resources.
• Establish guidelines for process, content development and project management.
