Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years designing blended learning using modern theories.
• Minimum 2 years designing learning solutions for digital, virtual, and classroom settings.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop content for programs in Bank Operations, Bank Voice, and Customer Protection.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to create engaging learning materials across modalities including e-learning and self-study.
• Apply adult learning principles and analyze transfer of skills to jobs to ensure impact.
