Job summary

CDW is seeking a Learning & Development leader to design, develop and implement first-class development programs and AI-enabled learning experiences aligned with CDW's business goals. You will own content across its lifecycle and measure outcomes against objectives.

You will collaborate with Revenue Enablement leadership, lead program management, drive instructional design and stakeholder communications, and mentor junior team members, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven instructional design and project management experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning tools and modern design methods.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of LMS and course creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for learning programs including needs assessment and evaluation.
• Consult with leadership to translate needs into organizational improvements.
• Innovate instructional design with AI-enabled best practices.
• Develop and execute multi-initiative project management strategies.
• Measure skills and client satisfaction, address gaps, and advise on approaches.
• Mentor junior team members and manage content lifecycle with SMEs.
• Travel up to 10%.
