• Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cognitive science.
• Expertise with Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced fluency using AI tools to accelerate design, content development, analysis, or learner experience creation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cohesive learning experiences applying visual design, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Explore AI-powered workflows to increase speed, quality, personalization, and innovation in learning design.
• Design, test, and refine AI-enabled learning solutions and intelligent assistants that support learning experiences.
• Lead complex projects partnering with Curriculum Managers to align with strategy and objectives.
• Apply iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions.
