Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure leader, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who will create learner-centered training programs that support operational excellence across global teams in Dallas.

You will design, develop and deploy content for eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, and job aids, ensure accessibility and branding, and analyze learning data to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Typically, 5 years in instructional design/learning & development.
• Experience with authoring tools and LMS/SCORM standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content across multiple modalities.
• Analyze needs, define objectives, and determine learning outcomes.
• Support deployment of global training programs and trainers.
• Publish and maintain SCORM-compliant content in the LMS.
• Coordinate projects and track milestones.
