Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in instructional design, corporate learning, or related field.
• Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience with LMS and SCORM content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance content while maintaining quality.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses, policy guidelines, Mortgage Mentor Guides, and custom client solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear content.
• Design and develop assessments and activities within the LMS.
• Adhere to established writing and design standards.
• Participate in project planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and scale learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams through the content lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while preserving instructional quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and customer outcomes.
• Monitor industry and regulatory trends to keep content current.
