Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs and leadership to transform complex regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences across CMS-enabled products.

The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles, adherence to standards, and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency while maintaining instructional quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in instructional design, corporate learning, or content development.
• Experience developing eLearning with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Experience with LMS and SCORM-compliant content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance content while preserving quality and compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses, guides, and client learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear content.
• Design and develop assessments and activities within the LMS.
• Adhere to writing and design standards.
• Participate in project planning and timely delivery of updates and client solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and scale solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams across content lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content development while preserving quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, standards, and outcomes.
• Monitor trends to keep content current and relevant.
