P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. seeks an experienced Sr.

Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team at the Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will design and deliver engaging learning materials, including videos, e-learning, and job aids, while partnering with multiple departments to address performance needs. You will mentor content, update curricula, and manage LMS-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency across all modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe Premiere.
• Experience creating and editing multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, and interactive learning assets.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, facilitator and instructor guides, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning theory and multimedia best practices to create effective learning experiences.
• Update and maintain curricula and supporting materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address business and performance needs.
• Support LMS administration, content uploads, enrollments, reporting, and HRIS/IT coordination.
• Manage learning projects from intake through launch and deadlines.
