Job summary

P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to design and develop learning materials for adult learners.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and manage LMS content, enrollment, and reporting to support a world-class training program. The role requires 3+ years of instructional design experience, proficiency with Articulate 360 and other tools, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe Premiere.
• Experience creating multimedia content (video, audio, graphics, interactive assets).
• Working knowledge of LMS content publishing, course assignments, reporting, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials (videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, guides, presentations, assessments, job aids).
• Apply adult learning theory and multimedia best practices to learning experiences.
• Update curricula and materials to align with brand and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address business and performance needs.
• Define learning objectives with SMEs and ensure content quality.
