Job summary

CHASSE Building Team in Tempe, AZ is seeking an E-Learning Developer and Instructional Designer to own training creation from concept through company-wide launch.

As a member of the Training Team, you will transform real-world processes with SMEs into practical, engaging learning experiences, designing courses with Articulate Rise 360 and related tools and producing instructional videos in active construction environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Review 360, Reach 360, Storyline, and Adobe video tools.
• Strong video filming and editing skills, preferably with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience working with SMEs to extract and organize raw data into clear, simple learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Training Development Ownership: define training goals with SMEs; collect inputs; translate into learning outcomes and outlines; drive projects end-to-end.
• E-Learning Design and Build: design and build interactive courses using Articulate Rise 360; use videos and interactive blocks to reinforce learning points.
• Instructional Video Production: film A-roll videos in active construction environments; edit for concise, learner-friendly content.
• Review, Finalization, and Publishing: lead SME reviews using Articulate Review 360; finalize and publish with Articulate Reach 360.
• What Success Looks Like: trainings are clear, on-brand, and boost learner confidence and performance.
