Job summary

P.F. Chang's is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team at the Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ.

You will design engaging learning materials and lead projects from intake to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. Role requires 3+ years of instructional design experience, proficiency with major e-learning tools, and strong communication skills to support LMS administration and content publishing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years designing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience using e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and others.
• Experience creating and editing multimedia content (video, audio, graphics).
• Working knowledge of LMS publishing, reporting, and user support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing and visual communication.
• Strong project management, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials including videos, modules, guides, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning theory and multimedia best practices to create effective learning.
• Update curricula and materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business and performance needs.
• Work with SMEs to define objectives and ensure content quality.
• Support LMS administration, including content uploads, enrollments, and reporting.
• Maintain organized content, version control, and publishing standards.
• Manage learning projects from intake to launch with timelines and reviews.
• Evaluate learner feedback and performance data to improve content.
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and implement innovations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline development and administration processes.
• Perform other duties and support additional learning initiatives.
