Job summary

Teal Energi is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives. You will create engaging online modules, live sessions, instructor guides, and learner resources using established instructional design processes.

Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS is preferred to support daily operations. Responsibilities include partnering with SMEs, designing curricula, and maintaining training materials with a focus on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience developing or delivering technical training.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Design engaging curricula and training programs aligned to business goals.
• Develop online modules, live sessions, instructor guides, jobs aids, and assessments.
• Support LMS administration, course uploads, and reporting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
