Colonial Group seeks a temporary Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning and performance support solutions with SMEs and stakeholders. You’ll assess needs and build content for classroom, virtual, and eLearning delivery.

You will apply adult learning theory, manage LMS tasks, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive improvements. Collaboration with HR and leaders is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in instructional design or learning technology administration; healthcare payer preferred.
• Master’s degree or related certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps.
• Design and develop classroom, virtual, and eLearning experiences.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and knowledge bases.
• Apply adult learning principles and ID best practices.
• Evaluate content with formative and summative methods.
• Develop and manage learning paths in LMS and knowledge systems.
• Use data analytics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals.
• Support content updates based on feedback and changes.
• Ensure compliance training and reporting with HR and department leaders.
