Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to convert training content into engaging, role-based eLearning. You will build courses, assessments, and learning paths in Paylocity LMS and publish SCORM packages.

You will work with the L&D team and SMEs to ensure accessible, reportable content across 400+ locations, focusing on practical, performance-based training for home care staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional design or eLearning development experience.
• Portfolio showing eLearning, ILT, and PowerPoint work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system functionality and workflows to identify learning needs.
• Design role-based learning aligned to home care tasks.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning paths.
• Publish courses in LMS, publish SCORM packages, and report results.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, and microlearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams for reviews.
