Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in adult education/instructional design.
• Experience in curriculum development and training program presentation.
• Experience with e-learning development (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong leadership and peer mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate learning programs to meet organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and apply instructional design principles.
• Develop and maintain e-learning courses and convert instructor-led training to virtual formats.
• Lead education projects using process improvement tools to enhance quality and performance.
• Collaborate across departments to align education initiatives and resources.
• Coach and mentor staff in educational practices.
