Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to develop engaging training for the Enterprise Supply Chain team. This is a full-time role open for remote and onsite professionals; the team is based in McLean, Virginia.

The pay range is $40 to $66.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Senior Instructional Designer will design courses, create videos and assessments, and collaborate with SMEs to meet learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of instructional design experience.
• Expertise using Articulate 360 software suite, including Rise and Storyline.
• Experience working with Camtasia software is preferred.
• Ability to draft content and develop graphics and videos based on SME feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy methodology.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or risk management is a plus.
