Employment Enterprises, a major financial enterprise focused on housing markets, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to develop engaging training materials for the Enterprise Supply Chain team. This full-time role can be remote or onsite, with the team based in McLean, Virginia.

The position emphasizes creating web-based and instructor-led courses, aligning outcomes, and generating assessments and multimedia content. Compensation ranges from $40 to $66.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of instructional design experience.
• Expertise using Articulate 360 software suite, including Rise and Storyline.
• Experience working with Camtasia software is preferred.
• Ability to draft content and develop graphics and videos based on SME feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy methodology.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design courses for web-based and instructor-led training.
• Design learning materials based on defined learning outcomes.
• Formulate knowledge checks and theory assessments to evaluate effective knowledge transfer.
• Create supporting materials such as videos to reinforce training.
• Assess audience learning needs and identify knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop course content.
