PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist within the PNC University organization. Based in one of several U.S.

locations (Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Denver, CO; or Dallas, TX), this role supports and delivers development programs both live and virtual. You will consult with stakeholders, create and deliver resources, manage programs, and analyze metrics to improve outcomes and alignment with business

Qualifications

Requires a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or equivalent development program.
Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience delivering in-person or virtual training and managing learning projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver learning and talent development programs.
Provide stakeholder consultation and create learning resources.
Manage projects and measure outcomes, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
