Qualifications

• University degree with < 1 year of professional experience or equivalent program.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs.
• Ability to analyze program data and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and delivery of learning programs using solid L&D principles.
• Delivers programs to live audiences in-person and virtually; conducts stand-up instruction.
• Manages project data, reporting and stakeholder consultations to meet objectives.
• Fosters relationships across HR, management, business units and external partners.
