PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist for PNC University, based in Cleveland, OH or other approved sites. The role supports development and delivery of learning programs and works with HR, business units and external partners to achieve objectives.

You will deliver live and virtual sessions, analyze program data, and provide reporting on learning metrics. PNC emphasizes an inclusive culture, strong for career development and collaboration.

Formación

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Certifications: No Required Certification(s); Licenses: No Required License(s).

Responsabilidades

• Supports development and delivery of learning and talent programs.
• Provides stakeholder consulting and project management for program outcomes.
• Delivers programs to live audiences in person and virtually, including stand-up classroom instruction.
• Reviews materials for quality, content accuracy, and outcomes.
• Fosters relationships across HR, management, and partners; analyzes data for improvement.
• Provides reporting and data analysis of learning metrics across businesses.
