This role can be based in Birmingham, AL or Pittsburgh, PA and focuses on developing, delivering, and measuring learning initiatives that support employee growth and business outcomes. The position involves in-person and virtual instruction, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Requires university/college degree and <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of degree, a comparable mix of education and certification may be considered.
• Experience with learning programs and stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound learning and talent development principles.
• Provides stakeholder consultation, creation and delivery of learning resources, project and program management and measurement.
• Delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences in-person and virtually; provides stand-up classroom instruction.
• Reviews materials to ensure quality, content accuracy, and alignment with business objectives; fosters relationships across HR, management, and external partners.
