Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned professional to serve as the primary contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 plans. The role requires five+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills.

You will onboard new accounts, review agreements, coordinate documentation, and work with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely deliverables and compliant administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized trust and fiduciary services to institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts and coordinate account opening processes.
• Review agreements and prepare internal docs for administration.
• Ensure timely client deliverables and respond to inquiries.
• Direct processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wires and plan subaccounts.
• Collaborate with senior management, trust admins, operations, analysts and attorneys.
• Present account reviews at committee meetings and participate in planning.
• Facilitate participant communications regarding stock funds and distributions.
• Ensure policy compliance and respond to audits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
