Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five years of professional experience.
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts and coordinate account opening processes.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet with contacts to ensure timely client deliverables and respond to inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators in processing stock/mutual fund trades and other transactions.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Finance, and Attorneys.
• Present annual account reviews and participate in planning meetings.
• Coordinate participant communications regarding employer stock funds and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retain records, and respond to audit inquiries.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development within the organization.
