Job summary

The role serves as the primary contact for fiduciary administration and client relationships, collaborating with Trust Administrators, Attorneys, and Senior Management to onboard accounts, review agreements, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Nurture long-standing client relationships with high-quality, responsive service.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and gather information for opening processes.
• Review agreements and prepare internal docs for proper administration.
• Ensure timeliness of client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators in processing stock/mutual fund trades, wires, checks, and sub-accounts.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Finance, and Attorneys.
• Present annual account reviews at committees and participate in planning meetings.
• Facilitate participant communications about stock funds and distributions.
• Support audit readiness by adhering to policies, retaining records, and documenting procedures.
