Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts, gather information and coordinate account openings.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet with contacts to ensure timely client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Direct Trustees with processing of stock trades, wires, checks, and sub accounting.
