Job summary

Paradex is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to manage relationships with crypto and derivatives clients in the Americas. You will lead onboarding, educate clients on platform features, and drive new business opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience.
• At least 1 year within crypto institutional sales.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong network within the crypto community.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals.
• Experience in onboarding and educating clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients.
• Drive new business opportunities across the Americas.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and educate clients on product features and workflows.
• Prepare detailed reports and liaise between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
