Cycles is seeking an Institutional Business Development Lead to drive sales and manage partnerships for Cycles Prime, a process designed to streamline trading. You will own the sales pipeline, working closely with institutional clients in New York and guiding the BD team as it scales.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years selling into institutional markets, ideally in crypto trading or TradFi.
• Track record of closing enterprise deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Based in New York, with a willingness to work in person with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline, target clients, and close deals.
• Manage P&L, set pricing, and forecast revenue.
• Build and lead the business development team.
