Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in business-related field.
• 3+ years experience serving corporate, nonprofit, foundations, endowments, or Taft Hartley clients in an administrative or client service role.
• Demonstrated strong client service skills.
• Securities processing and bank operations knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Serve and oversee an assigned portfolio of institutional accounts with timely execution of client-directed trades and required reporting.
• Understand IA product offerings and operational processes (onboarding, cash movements, asset collection, pension systems).
• Process daily cash transactions (wire transfers, checks, deposits) and forward client trading requests timely.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and technical documentation; support special projects.
• Build relationships with clients and external service providers (consultants, third-party administrators, RIAs).
• Mitigate risk by complying with KeyBank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support reporting to government agencies (DOL, PBGC, IRS).
• Provide backup support for other CSAs and Relationship Managers.
