KeyBank is seeking a Trading & Advisory Operations Analyst for Key Investment Services LLC in Brooklyn, OH. Primary contact for sales and service of advisory products and trade support across fixed income, equities, mutual funds and UITs.

The role involves assisting financial advisors with proposals, new accounts, maintenance, and reporting, plus developing relationships with external managers to strengthen sales support and service.

Competenze

• This role requires 3+ years in brokerage operations or trading.
• Experience with managed accounts and advisory products is preferred.
• Proficiency with fixed income, equity, mutual funds, UITs and fee-based products.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time-management abilities.
• FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain within 120 days.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for trade-related questions and issues.
• Accept, record, and enter trades submitted by advisors and relationship managers.
• Assist with proposals, new accounts, and maintenance for advisory business.
• Coordinate with clearing firm and external dealers for execution and reconciliation.
• Review and reconcile trade errors with compliance and regulators as needed.
• Support advisory program with product expertise and sales assistance.
• Generate client meeting proposals and coordinate funding with service teams.
• Work with discretionary managers on trading and service requests.
